Our commitment to the environment is indeed at the heart of our project : a hybrid wood-concrete construction method make The Bridge a real example, a pioneer in Luxembourg in terms of environmental awareness applied to office real estate.
To further its environmental commitment, Eaglestone has chosen to invest in a local project to restore a degraded forest stand covering an area of approximately 18 hectares, the equivalent of 18 soccer fields in cooperation with the Office National des Forêts. This is to offset the carbon impact of the project as closely as possible.
Our commitment also applies to the well-being and health of the future occupants of The Bridge by obtaining the following certifications BREEAM Outstanding et WELL BUILDING Gold (in pre-certification).
Space, light, comfort
In the heart of the New Bonnevoie, the offices for rent at The Bridge reflect the project : new and adapted to tenants' needs. Optimized natural light, unobstructed views, raw and natural materials contribute to the feeling of well-being and comfort of the occupants. The different floors are entirely flexible and can be arranged in a personalized way, according to the company's organization.
In practice, the building includes 5 floors above ground, the first floor is 768m², the floors 2-3-4 are 777m² and the floor 5 is 345m².
On the 1st and 5th floors, spacious and pleasant terraces of 240 m2 and 45 m2 respectively can be created, so that the occupants can benefit from a beautiful outdoor relaxation area for a lunch break or a company event, for example.
Work and meeting areas functional, bright and pleasant for your company, ideally located and environmentally friendly are now available for rent.
