The building’s shape closely follows the edges of the grounds, giving it its name: PRISM. The building stands out as a sleek and elegant monolith, a hulking, imposing block alongside route d'Esch across its full width courtesy of its vast and spacious main entrance.
ESG
"ESG", stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance criteria, which are used to analyze and evaluate the consideration of sustainability and long-term issues in the strategy of companies and in our case, a real estate development.
The project is of great importance to Eaglestone Luxembourg, as we aim to make PRISM a benchmark in terms of office buildings that meet the new expectations of occupants, while limiting its environmental footprint.
