Prism uses a rhythmic façade to create an elegant, timeless silhouette. Each material is selected to make the building project unique, uncluttered and perfectly integrated into its environment. The vertical succession of solid sections in white architectural concrete contrasts with the reflection of the anodised aluminium of the frames and sashes.

Its prismatic shape, with central circulation, gives pride of place to the bay windows in the office and to the incredible rooftop.

"ESG", stands for Environmental, Social and Governance criteria, which are used to analyse and evaluate the consideration of sustainability and long-term issues in the strategy of companies and, in our case, a real estate development.

The project is of great importance to Eaglestone Luxembourg, as we aim to make PRISM a benchmark in terms of office buildings that meet their new occupants’ expectations, while limiting its environmental footprint.
