Located a stone’s throw from the future tram line to Cloche d’Or, the New Yorker building will be situated at the heart of the new Dernier Sol neighbourhood. It will sit in the midst of a dynamic, cultural and cosmopolitan urban environment, and will comprise 30 spacious and functional housing units, spread across six storeys.  This project, which combines contemporary design, sustainable construction and cutting-edge technology has been conceived with the well-being of its occupants in mind.
